The staff were polite, perfect hotel. The room was cheap, perfect with comfortable bed.

Impeccably clean hotel unit with bathtub and balcony. Fantastic food served, like eggs, sausages, and cheese. Good and excellent location near the river, and 10 minute walk from Tokaj Wine Region.

The hotel offers good choice of food that was good. The rooms are spotlessly clean and brand-new, equipped with central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. The venue is in the central location on the river. Furthermore, it's just next door to center of Tokaj.

This brand-new hotel is convenient with super friendly staff. The breakfast offers a wide range of eggs, sausages, and cheese. The rooms are perfectly clean, with balcony and bathtub, for example provided;)))

The hotel had a charming and cozy decoration, with beautiful traditional elements that reminded me of the local heritage. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people, with comfortable seating areas and enough space to move around. It was a pleasure to relax and enjoy the ambiance of the hotel after a long day of exploring the town.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there in terms of providing information about nearby attractions and activities suitable for senior people. A dedicated concierge service or a booklet of recommendations would have enhanced the vacation experience for us.

As a 3 stars hotel standard was not really according to expectation. The bathroom look like from 70's. Shower was not working properly. There is no any fridge in the room. For the breakfast a stale bread was served.

The rooms at Mercure Tokaj Center are simply amazing! I stayed in a twin room with soundproofing, and let me tell you, it was so cozy and quiet. I had the best sleep ever! Being a light sleeper, this was a huge plus for me.

Honestly, the only thing I didn't personally like was the electric kettle in the quadruple room. But hey, that's just me.

I liked the spacious room, bathroom with the tube, nice balcony with a splendid view, location and breakfast. (We got an upgrade for free- I booked the room on an attic !!)

I appreciated spacious and beautiful room in this hotel.

It was a straightforward and convenient hotel in the center of the city. The location was particularly good and marvellous - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Had lunch/dinner at Bacchus Restaurant, which we found relatively near the venue.

Easy to find. Location

Hotel is still in the 60's so the decor was very dated. The glasses in the bathroom had not been washed for years!! The shower head holder was broken so we had to hand hold the shower. If you are looking for modern rooms this is not the place for you. However, it was fine for our needs and it was a good price

The hotel's decoration had a charming vintage touch, which reminded me of the good old days. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking cane. The hotel was also conveniently located near the city center, allowing me to easily explore Tokaj's attractions.

I would have asked for better assistance from the staff during my vacation. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed and could benefit from more training in handling the needs of senior guests.

The room itself was exceptionally clean with bathtub and balcony. The staff was superfriendly, affable. The location was central, really close to trucks and hotel's restaurant...

I recently stayed at Mercure in Tokaj for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a modern interior design and the rooms, although old-fashioned, were comfortable and nicely decorated. The wellness facility, including saunas and a pool, was clean and not too crowded. The breakfast had a wide selection and was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location in the middle of town was perfect. I also had the pleasant surprise of a free wine tasting during my stay.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff

The backside of the hotel was recommended for the view on the river, but was very noisy caused by passing trucks on the nearby road. No internet connection Breakast was till 10.00 am but was allready taken away at 09.30.
